Prayers.

Two years ago I asked the Lord something specifically. I given money to a spiritual acquaintance (a Georgia girl from my family group at Passion 2010) to help them fund a 9 month mission trip. I rejoiced for her, but grieved because it wasn't the trip for me. The verse that I wrote in her card (or that she wrote in the thank you note- I cannot remember) was Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all of your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus." I noted in my bible a prayer, tools that I would use if God would send me on a journey like hers. As I've become aware of this journey and as I have prepared for it, the LORD has given me those tools... those answers to prayers.  He is a good God who provides all that I need. And I really believe that.
